B. Old Business
1. Permit Referral DR-1454: 6 East 3rd Street. Request from 6 East 3rd LLC to renovate and convert the building into residential use. Lower Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 12-14.

2. Permit Referral DR-1456: 839 North Market Street. Request from 839 Market LLC, to renovate the building and convert the second and third floors to residential use. REVISION TO PLAN APPROVED AT JULY 2014 MEETING. Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 14-14.

C. New Business
1. DR-1457: 1104 West. 6th Street. Request to demolish a vacant structure immediately adjacent to previously demolished homes to accommodate a larger parking lot for Hilltop Lutheran Neighborhood Center. Referred under the demolition requirements of 48-36(d) (5). Resolution 15-14.

2. DR-1458: 1102 Pennsylvania Avenue, Ursuline Academy. Request to install a digital sign facing Harrison Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 16-14.
