Twenty-four recruits, now Wilmington Police Officers, graduated alongside a City of Wilmington Fire Marshal and a Town of Newport Police Officer. The graduating law enforcement officers completed a 22 week Police Academy, which included a rigorous academic curriculum and strenuous physical training regimen.

The graduating officers will officially report for duty and begin serving the City of Wilmington on Monday, August 19th.
