NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 31, 2012.

Registering for Summer Youth Employment does not guarantee a summer job.

All Summer Youth Employment registrants must supply copies of the following documents in order to be placed in the lottery:

• Proof of parental income (e.g. copy of a W-2 form)
• Youth's social security card
• Youth's birth certificate
• Youth's identification (driver's license, state ID or student ID)
• Proof of youth's residency (i.e. progress report, report card, school mail)

These documents are mandatory. There will be no exceptions. Please provide copies. There will not be a copier available as the registration sites.

Drug testing will be administered prior to employment.
