  • Black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, wearing a black puffy vest, dark long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black ski mask

Summary:

Police are investigating after an unknown suspect displayed a handgun and tried to rob a convenience store.

On Thursday, January 9, 2014, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a suspect entered the Elamigo Market at 707 South Union Street. The suspect displayed a handgun and went behind the counter to confront the employees. The employees struggled with the suspect who fled from the store without any proceeds.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, thin build, wearing a black puffy vest, dark long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black ski mask.
