Community Policing Officers Devon Jones and William Ball received numerous complaints from the community about ongoing drug sales and activity from a residence in the 2500 block of Washington Street. Officers Jones and Ball partnered with the Street Crimes Unit to surveil and perform controlled drug purchases from that residence.

On February 26th the officers, in collaboration with the Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division, executed a search warrant at that residence yielding 631 bags if heroin valued at $3,155 and 2 grams of marijuana.

Parker Blake was taken into custody at the residence. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 20 and committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
