Officer Rosiao attempted to stop the vehicle when it disregarded a stop sign at 25th and North West Streets. When the officer activated the lights and siren, the vehicle accelerated attempting to elude the officer. The vehicle was perused for several blocks before the juveniles fled on foot allowing the vehicle to roll into the intersection of 28th and Madison Streets.
