Summary:

Police arrested Jean Haughton after a domestic assault in the presence of their children.

Thursday morning at approximately 9:53 a.m., Wilmington Police responded to a 911 call for a domestic assault in the 600 block of North Harrison Street. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Haughton and the victim. The victim, who was suffering from a laceration to the left side of his face, was transported to Saint Francis Hospital by ambulance for treatment. Haughton was taken into custody without incident. Jean Haughton was released after posting a $50,000 unsecured bond.
