Mayor Dennis P. Williams joined McConnell Johnson Real Estate in celebrating the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony of the Food Court in the Hercules atrium, which featured three vendors; Bain’s Deli, Dunkin’ Donuts and Salad Master.
“The food court in the Hercules atrium is impressive. It is an example of how businesses continue to grow and expand, and will also become a convenient breakfast or lunch stop for people in our downtown community,” said Mayor Williams.
Tenants and guests at Hercules are now able to enjoy open-seat dining while they eat breakfast or lunch in the beautiful 12-story atrium.
“We’re pleased to offer these food options to our tenants, downtown workers, residents and visitors,” said Scott Johnson, partner in McConnell Johnson Real Estate, property manager of Hercules.
The Hercules location is the second in Wilmington for Bain’s Deli, which was founded in Philadelphia and has been promising “uncompromising quality since 1910.” Its other Wilmington location is at 225 Market Street.
Dunkin’ Donuts, which has more than 10,500 stores worldwide, is the world's leading baked goods and coffee chain, serving more than 5 million customers per day.
Salad Master offers a diverse Mediterranean menu of fresh salads, wraps and platters, including a “make it your own” option, at its first Wilmington location.
