The City of Wilmington hired Ramon Rodriguez, as a Hispanic Community Liaison, to serve in the Office of Constituent Services.

Rodriguez, who works as a community referral specialist, has the ability to communicate in English and Spanish and will be instrumental in bridging the gap between the City of Wilmington and the growing Hispanic community.

“Ramon will play an instrumental role in communicating with our Hispanic community,” said Mayor Williams. “Language should not be a barrier blocking access to City services and resources. We need to reach and communicate with everyone.”
